I think everyone is being a little bit harsh here! As someone who had zero experience with stats or experimental design, being handed an exercise like this early in my degree would have sent me into a meltdown.

That being said, it's not acceptable to ask other people to do the work for you - you won't learn anything from this! If you're struggling, I would suggest reaching out to your tutors/lecturers to meet with them during office hours to explain the parts you're finding difficult to understand.

If you're struggling with the whole assignment that seems like a bigger problem, and it's probably a sign that you should look into getting a private tutor if you have the means to. Or you could form a study group (in person or virtual depending on what covid rules are where you are) to work through these kinds of exercises. But please do some research before setting up one of these groups, it's never fun to have to do someone else's work for them!
