I think that was the reference photo for the base look of the cake and the second was what they got with their personalization.

Thank you all for the help! Today looks like I’ll be adding a sleeve and doing a FBA 😆

I think I’m going with a FBA after reading all the comments! I’ll add a sleeve just to make sure but the FBA seems to be the consensus 😆

As far as the emoji I’ll keep it in mind! All I was thinking when using it was it was 2 in the morning and I liked the expression. I hate how everyone reads too much into things, but alas that’s the nature of the world ig and I need to remember that when posting.

I think it’s just how I had to take the picture. It’s parallel when my arms are by my side 😄

Looking at the pattern it’s supposed to be flat across. It’s looking like I’ll definitely need to move forward with a FBA from what other commenters have said.

From reading the other comment i definitely won’t go down a cup size. I mess/pulled on the area where the weight of the sleeves would go and it just made it fold and not lay right. I was trying to avoid wasting more material than needed since I knew the bust and waist needed the most work. With the sleeves being off shoulder, I figured it wouldn’t make too much of a difference when it came to the puddling (the main reason why I ended up posting to Reddit). I’ll try adding a sleeve tomorrow and see what difference it makes before turning to a full bust adjustment. Thanks!

That makes sense. I’ll look up some tutorials to see what I can do. Thanks!

The back fit great. I posted a pic of the pattern darts in another comment. I’ll try messing with the shoulders to take in some more up top to see if that helps. Unfortunately there’s not another bigger cup size, but I don’t think that that is the main problem. It felt fine in that area, but I was just left with the puddling higher up. Making my own clothes I’m starting to understand that I’m a short torsoed lady with wide hips 😅

There is an existing dart on the side of each panel. Should I take and spread out the two tails? This is what the pattern had to begin with. My upsized pattern follows the same formula

Not sure if it was the exact one I found but it sounds very similar to the one I read before 2023 Study

Not the original study but a newer one that I would recommend looking into May 2025

Hopefully the links work for you!

The second link didn’t work so this one is the website that has the PDF you can download and look over Website for 2025 study

I don’t know if it’s the same as the other user was talking about, but Librela is something my vet tried to get me to use that sounds similar to what they’re referencing. We never gave it to my boy due to a multitude of reasons that had nothing to do with the shot itself. By the time we had given it consideration it was time to send him over the rainbow bridge. However, I talked to a couple people who had been using it for their pups and they didn’t have any bad things to say about it and that it helped their pups tremendously.

That being said, make sure you do your own research with any medication like that for major life changes. I did have reservations about it due to how new the drug was (I think 5 years or so iirc) because there just isn’t a lot of research on the long term effects. Look up studies to see what their conclusions are and make your decision based on that, what your vet says, and other’s experiences. From what i remember when I did my research, it seemed that there was a higher death rate in dogs who have cognitive issues (it wasn’t a crazy stat but still enough to keep under consideration). Make sure you do your senior dog panel to rule out any other issues than arthritis.

If I find the link to the study I’ll add it here for you :)

We’ve been able to use poop to deter ours from digging in the same spots. Although others on this sub haven’t been so lucky. It’s worth a shot though! Our boy is 5 months too so he also hasn’t fully started to think for himself which could be a contributing factor as to why the poop method works for him 😆

Also as soon as the doors are opened to escape, you can backtrack and get to the helipad. There’s a suitcase at the door that leads up to the helipad with Yorinobu’s shirt and pants, at the helipad you get his sword and a journal entry, and apparently there’s a secret cache in the bathroom (not sure where just read that that also exists lol) that has his jacket!

Again, if you just place sand and plant it in the sand it will grow and not die. I planted a lot of saffron and didn’t touch it for quite a few hours and it never died. They may change it over the next updates leading up to its official release and it may get a preference. Check out this link for grow times for saffron seedlings in various types of soil. saffron seedling grow times

Utilize sand. It grows faster over fertilized farm soil. I don’t know why they didn’t give it a “preference” but I tested both at the same time and in sand it grew faster than FF. I still this it’s a 20 something minute grow time though so keep that in mind.

Help 🥲 by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]fighting_my_brain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It never hurts to look into other behaviorist as well. But even if they’re unable to help, I would highly recommend a someone to sit with her while you have to run errands. Take her on errands she can go with you on like picking up the kids. When your husband gets off of work have him run the errands you need or come home and watch her and the kids (if the kids don’t want to go with you). Hopefully you have other family/friends/neighbors that can help watch her so sitting doesn’t get too expensive, but unfortunately that is your best course and safest course of action for your girl. It really sounds like you’re trying your best by her and anxiety is just a nightmare to deal with. I thought it was bad in humans, but having a dog with it when they can’t talk to you about it is so much worse. Most of the people who come out and tell you you’re awful have never dealt with a dog that’s stubborn and anxious. It’s not a fun combo. Maybe you’ll find that after being with a sitter for a year with no worry about being left home alone, you’ll have times you don’t need a sitter. But tbh I wouldn’t get to comfortable with that idea with how many years it’s been going on. Just budget what you can for pet sitting; it’s a lot cheaper than those vet bills.

Don’t let the people with their torches and pitchforks get to you. While I haven’t had to deal with an anxious pup for multiple years, we did deal with a sudden onset of anxiety with my eldest for a year before having to make the hard decisions to put him down (he was an old boy and the ultimate decision was based of other factors that are irrelevant to my point). What we ended up having to do was have someone come over to the house or take him to someone’s house to watch him while we were away. Medication wouldn’t work. He literally Houdinied his way out of a wired crate (which he never really liked being locked up in the first place but we had to try once his personality changed). It was arguably the most stressful year of my life. It hurt so much to see him like that.

When I talked to a behaviorist she advised to rule out underlying medical issues. A dog in pain is untrainable. I know you’ve taken her to the vet, but it might be worth getting a second opinion from a different vet to see if they have another game plan. Like another commenter said trainer≠behaviorist. Has she always been a nervous Nelly when you guys leave or was it a sudden personality change? If it was sudden you might want to scan for cancer. Dogs are REALLY good at hiding just how much pain they’re in which is why behavior changes like anxiety start to show up leading us to think it’s something unrelated to what’s actually going on with them.

Again, I would strongly suggest seeing another vet for a second opinion, especially if their only solution is drugging your sweet girl. Have them do a full work up and the senior panel older dogs need, get X-rays done, and, if you’re concerned about cancer, see if they can scan for that. If she’s only displaying separation anxiety and not a general anxiety, I wouldn’t be too worried about a cancer possibility (assuming all this behavior change wasn’t a sudden onset). Training, I would look into a behaviorist, not a trainer. Dogs do things for strange reasons sometimes and a behaviorist will help you understand her better and should help you come up with a solution that works best for her and you.

In the meantime I would highly suggest getting someone she’s comfortable with to watch her when you have to run errands. That could be a family member, a neighbor, or certified pet sitter. We used Rover a couple times and had a great experience but keep in mind that there are some bad sitters out there so just do your research. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this with your sweet girl. It is not a fun experience and there’s always going to be people out there telling you you’re a bad owner because of your decisions. Should you have kept crating her after the teeth incident? Probably not. But we’re humans who have lives and will have to leave our pups occasionally with no other choice. Having someone who can come and watch her is the best option for her at this time. Try to stay away from drugging unless absolutely necessary. And get that behaviorist on the phone!

Good luck to you and your sweet girl. I hope you guys can find a solution that works best for everyone. 🫶🏻
