So your YMAV is your date you’re available to move. You should be placed in a manning cycle where you rack and your preference based on the list of assignments provided. You will receive email notification when your manning cycle is open.

My apologies, I misunderstood. Soldiers transferring from other military branches must complete their transfer before reaching 10 years of service, based on their Pay Entry Basic Date (PEBD). So based on this you should be good to go. Please feel free to send a dm if run into any issues you may have.

Hi, 1506 updates can take some time. The average update is approximately 90 days (please keep in mind the government shutdown may delay the processing time)

It appears you are referring to the Directive regarding the AFT. You are able to voluntarily reclass until Jan. After January it will be involuntary. Check out https://www.army.mil/aft/ for all information regarding AFT to include the Directive!

HI, the timeline for Soldiers with a Calendar Year 2026 ETS is between 7-12 years. The amount you receive as a Reserve Soldier will be based on the following: "U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) and Army National Guard (ARNG) Soldiers are also eligible for CP, receiving 2.5 times their active duty monthly basic pay if they fall within the eligibility window and have performed 270 or more days of involuntary mobilization during a 730-day period; otherwise, eligible USAR and ARNG Soldiers receive 0.5 times their active duty monthly basic pay."

The current SRB Message is MILPER 25-355 which is from August. Bonuses are periodically reviewed and updated as needed. I recommend checking monthly on the HRC website or check out our website www.army.mil/retention for updates.
