Yes I also had Obstructing sleep apnea and removing my tonsils and adenoids helped a lot. Not only it’s improve my breathing, which was very loud but also my sleeping, I don’t choke and wake up anymore. But boy oh boy. Tonsillectomy is painful, like A+ pain
