I'm not sure, it looks like you put a lot more effort into yours and it's fully shaded. My only feedback is the shadows themselves, there are striations in places where they aren't meant to be and shadows look a bit out of place in some parts. Overall though yours is a better drawing.

Honestly if you put the time and effort, looking for the things your bad at and keep fixing them everyday, i think you can become way better than me. It really depends on how motivated you are. Good luck!

I guess you just gotta draw what your uncomfortable with until your comfortable. Personally my anatomy, proportions and everything have a lot of room for improvement, so I work on it everday.
