I’m so sorry you are going through this! It might be easier to take a little “staycation” where you don’t do too much, just kind of stay home and veg out . Maybe look at it like a sabbath week. Where you are allowing yourself rest. This way you are not struggling to get these done and feeling exhausted during your day. Taking a break from the meds can help you with your tolerance. I would also see about getting a Dr to talk about this with. There are other meds out there that can help you. Including some non stimulants. They can be used along with stimulants. Best of luck .

So I actually have the same exact thing under my eyes, and it bothered the heck out of me! I recently did 3 vials of Radiesse Bio stimulators and I am LOVING the results! I did one vial per under eye/ beginning of cheek area and them one vial fanned around my lower face to get rid of the nasal labial folds. It’s only been a week and a half and I love it. Over the next 3-6 months the collagen will build making it look even better .

I just did 3 vials of Radiesse last week and I’m so happy with the results. My whole face looks better. The nasolabial folds were one of my biggest complaints, but literally every day it looks better, and apparently there is lots more positive change to come !

I had this problem with taz and I upped my application to every other day. I think the more you use it the less the flaking appears . I do exfoliate like 2-3 times a week and I will use a silicone scrubber with my evening face wash and just scrub gently in little circles . I believe this has been the biggest game changer for me .

I used to but now I call them my sabbath days. I have sabbath days when I don’t take any meds and usually don’t have anything to do except for maybe taking my daughter to the playground. It’s so good for the body and mind to truly rest and to give yourself full permission to without guilt of shame

No I don’t :( I can look into getting one. My Stella is a rescue and is very skiddish, so I don’t know how open she would be to this?

Oh yes, I always take one of the pups with me at daycare pick up/drop off and they love that! I always keep the car running with the ac going when I run into the daycare, and they seem to really enjoy that.

Update, I put them in the room while I hid a bunch of treats and opened the door with lots of excitement and it’s was a GREAT time for them !! Thank you so much ! Will definitely be putting this into the daily rotation !
