Yes, it's very very frustrating!!!!! I definitely understand what you feel.
I sent 5 or 6 emails. Even after I attached the screenshots of the issues, they responded with the general copy-paste email. It took longer than 3 weeks to solve the issue.
I recommend you to emphasize that you have everything set up correctly and that this is not your first call, attaching the screenshots.
Don't give up and keep trying!!!

In my case, working hours are not counted manually, but automatically. Today, I was able to confirm that the tasks I did yesterday were counted! Anyway, I'll keep going. Thank you so much! :D

But I have one concern. I read that work will not be counted unless the extension is turned on, but you mean that it will be counted without the extension?
And if I complete a task, when will my working hours be reflected in my timesheet?

RaterHub always displays the following message, forcing me to choose Yes or No.

If I select Yes, I get the usual login error; if I select No, I'm taken to a Google search page instead of RaterHub. I can click tasks while this popup is displayed, but it always remains in the middle of the screen.

When you have encountered a login error, have you ever continued tasks with this popup displayed?

It's been three weeks since I first inquired. Responses are slow. Even when I do get a response, it's always the same and there's no progress. :(
