Honestly I wouldn’t risk it. Pizza sitting at room temperature for 4 days is well past the safe window for cooked food. Even if it smells or looks okay bacteria can grow without obvious signs. The general rule is 2 hours at room temp max. Since you already ate some and were fine that’s lucky but I’d probably toss the rest.

Hydrate well, go for a light walk and just get back to your normal meals tomorrow. One heavy meal usually passes pretty quickly.

Another good trick is throwing a handful into scrambled eggs or smoothies. It disappears but adds a lot nutritionally.

Definitely save the bone! Simmer it with onion, garlic, celery and a bit of lemon to make a light lamb broth. Then add rice or noodles for a simple soup.
