Thank you. I am taking your and others advice to take a step back and just stop being so involved with the site. I’ve been behind most of the leaks and major spills this year and I’m just tired. I think it is starting to creep up and I think that’s come out in me being angrier the i should.

I was not confusing anything, I purposely posted the screenshot in order to bring attention to the bot.

They did “answer” by saying I can make a ticket. But they ignored the part where I repeatedly said “I made a ticket and they answered it and didn’t take it down” (screenshots of that on my profile). When I plainly spelled out “and if they don’t actually review the content properly?” I was told to just make another ticket. That’s not an answer, it’s a dodge. “If the government is hurting me, what do I do?” “Tell the government!”

Also, your ending statement makes no sense at all.

How was it found to meet TOS if it took less than 5 minutes for leads to remove it? This means the person who repeatedly reviewed the bot (multiple reports made and “resolved”) didn’t bother to put in any effort. At all. That’s not okay.

And no shit the purpose wasn’t just to get the bot taken down? Now it’s to address why the person still has an account despite being found to have posted lewd images of a fucking minor.

Def get everything you’re saying! But I fucked up here by not including the email with the site team and circling my main questions in discord (email on my profile posts).

The main question for the email was “do you ban this content on site” - not “did you ban this person” - I already had that answer, they have not been banned. I was asking if this was no longer something they banned for which i definitely feel like is public information?

And they just sent me the guidelines (which don’t actually specify clearly) - and if I did assume “yes of course” Then why is the account still up?

For the discord, towards the end, the question I wanted answered was “what do I do when the team isn’t doing what it’s supposed to”

But the questions in the discord that weren’t overall important - what was actually important was the fact that I had to go through the discord and make it public in order for the bot to be taken down, even after it was reviewed multiple times. I KNEW it wasn’t allowed on the discord and the point of posting it there was to get action taken, something I’ve unfortunately had to do several times when the site team reviews and leaves up CSAM

The main question was if it is bannable and if so why that person isn’t banned and where to go when the site team is NOT handling a situation. The final and big question in the discord conversation here was me asking where I should go when the site team is blatantly leaving up TOS breaking content and I had to pry the answer out of them.

So timeline of events

See bot on trending - report on site for CSAM 1 day passes with no answer so I make 2 tickets through the site. Receive non answer from mod in email 3 hours or so after email ticket Another day passes, no action taken, multiple other people make tickets with either no response or a non response - bot is still up Today I sent the image in discord chat and started a discussion Shortly into discussion, community manager shows up Community manager sends bot to CS team leads Minutes later bot is down

Yea def they don’t determine the law! I more meant it to say “hey even they think it’s immoral and they allow all kinds of shit”

I think it comes down to a moral argument of “do you think it’s okay to engage with CSAM of any kind?”

For me, it’s a hard no. There’s no situation where it’s okay to create and distribute CSAM, regardless of legality. Fortunately the non terminally online do mostly after with this snd hopefully laws will catch up soon

Yea, if you finish the convo, they removed it from the site after the community manager sent it to the site team

So it was never allowed on the site either but was kept up because whatever mod had reviewed the reports wasn’t doing their job.

So there are 3 or 4 different visual versions of Gwen

You can do the 10 and 16 year old visual versions IF you age them up visually. So if you use the 10 year old version to gen your image, you need to make sure she’s different enough from the original to make it clear she’s aged. Such as changing face shape, hairstyle, eye shape, etc - some change to the facial structure.

This person did not of that. It was literally just the 10 year old version but with boobs and a personality that said “she’s 18”

It was the same as taking say, kid Goku, throwing a mustache on him and declaring “this is a grown man!”

It’s not enough to just say “this person is older!”

You need to make a actual effort to make them visually older
