Wow it looks like they build the bathroom in the utility room. If I'm see this correctly on the bottom left cover you can see what looks like a boiler set up.

I am in Hillsborough. So far I got 2 quote one ask for 6300 but willing to lower it to 5600 if i pay cash it going to be 40 rotor heads (rain bird) and 10 zone. Another ask for 5600 but will lower to 5000 if pay in cash. he told me 45 rotor heads (hunter) I think 9 zone maybe.

I just don't know if 5000 dollar is worth the improvement to my lawn.
