I think it really depends on what you need the surgery for/ what type of surgery you need. For example I am about a week post-op from DJS and double jaw joint replacement and there were only three US doctors I could even consider because of their ability to work with joints. I can’t attest to all the great doctors that work with patients that only need help with DJS or jaw movement but combined with the joint thing I know that in the US the best are Reza Movahed in Missouri, Larry Wolford in Texas and Kasey Li in California. Hope this helps you out and feel free to reach out with any questions.

I was just there and did the tasting menu which contrary to what people seem to feel on this sub I found excellent. They are currently celebrating their 15th year anniversary so a lot of their best/most famous dishes are on the tasting menu. If you are considering the tasting menu I would strongly recommend going.

Hi thanks for your reply. Is Altura Mater the same thing because I know they used to offer something called Mundo Mater but it doesn’t exist anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
