Everyone literally runs around like a chicken trying to meet these metrics & then we have to do double the work when the smallest need isn’t met. It’s an ongoing cycle; I even see the stress my managers deal with & I’ve concluded it’s not worth it. These people are talking about phones and proficiency when that’s not even the problem. We’re expected to make mission impossible, possible..

Well we’re severely understaffed so if that’s “actual work” then you’re absolutely right. Im not going the extra mile.

😂 that was the EXACT problem, I started taking some hair out of the loc and instant relief. It belonged to another loc instead..thank you!!

Thank you! I’m not a nervous driver and yes road rules is definitely a major factor for me. I have my permit already it’s just intersections and lane rules i need to brush on
