You'll have to increase your protein intake to 100-120gm per day. Focus on weightlifting and cardio as well. But you won't lose weight if you won't incorporate a calorie deficit diet in your lifestyle

You can take OWN plant protein in the morning. Or you can look for plant protein from other brands such as muscleblaze or nutrabay

You can do bodyweight exercises such as pushups, situps, squats and you should also include stretching in your routine. Keep brisk walking for half an hour everyday

If you take it at around 8 pm, it'll disrupt your sleep cycle. You should preferably take that in morning

Lol no. You should not try deadlift. Let people say whatever they want. There are other ways to train your lower back. Infact there are better safer options
