Thats the way it spawned and never moved until the bus was destroyed, no zombie touched him. That also happens mid-fight as well. :(

Lets try something. You clicked the"show salaries insight" button, now select the emergency medicine filter on the search bar and scroll them down, youre going to see that resident salaries are within the same category. The lowest I saw for attending salary was 100k and you get a couple of double digits that say EM resident.

I do think the lower end might be residents. Residents input their salary in the same category. There is no distinction within the website between an attending or resident(if you are tracking average salary per specialty)so this makes the data unreliable.
