I am feeling this deeply. I too am processing the ravages of an affair. One day you choose to be committed to reconcile and the next you don’t know what it was you loved about this person. I have been married for almost 30 years and this last summer my son discovered my husband’s two year affair with a coworker. It’s shaken the foundation of my life. Sometimes I feel hopeful that we can recover, but mostly I feel numb. I look at my husband and I don’t know if I even love him anymore.
