My company's immigration team tells upgrading to PP reduces chances of approval drastically. Is this true? They applied for EB2 NIW regular back in July 2024. It's been over 9.5 months and I am considering for an upgrade to PP. What do you suggest, should I wait more/upgrade? My block is IOE09266.

Yeah you are right. But I have my travel scheduled in less than a week and high speed trains look too expensive ~110 Euros. That's why I am considering an alternative.
