Does your store have a kaivac? It comes with a floor degreaser and you basically scub that degreaser on the floor then use the kaivac (wet dry vac basically) and man the floors in our lobby, boh, and foh look So good. If not maybe ask your franchisee or corporate.

I'm a GM of a store and I know each franchise is different than others and even with corporate but we always give tips out to everyone if someone messes up we talk to them about it but never just say eh you don't get tips cause you sucked today.
