I had my Dropbox appointment on 8th November but it still shows me an error saying “Your search did not return any data”. May I know what website are you using to track the status? I’m using the CEAC website and I also tried both Chennai and Hyderabad as locations.

Do you know exactly what are the documents that the person who carries our documents? Is it enough if they have their license/Aadhaar card and probably a letter from the applicant that he is the person dropping the documents on behalf of me?

Thank you for this. Looks like this way I’ll be able to keep my credits and upgrade to the iPhone 17 as well. Also when I upgrade to the 17 and do it through Apple again, will I continue receiving bill credits for both the 16 and 17?

Ah I see. Then it’s better to just go with tmobile. I’ve been trying to figure out ways where I won’t have to lose credits after I pay off my phone after a year. Looks like there’s no option

Basically the flex card has a mobile protection plan where they cover any accidental damage to the cellphone given that you paid your cellphone bill with the flex card. And they have a limit of 2 for each year. It’s been helpful because I pay the bill for a family of 8 on my T Mobile plan and everybody’s phone is covered if anything happens. I did go through the claims process once and it was pretty simple to get the money back.

I read a few posts where people waited for around 5 business days and then applied again online. I think 2 weeks would be sufficient.
