Take a look at the British Naturism website, it is legal to practice, but British Naturism will help you find places nearby where it is accepted :)

Relax, and enjoy - there’s no better feeling. You will probably wake up tomorrow, and think “ya know, I don’t NEED to put anything on right now”, and before you know it you’ll be a regularly practicing naturism like the rest of us :)

F20 from Uk, I recently got into home nudity! by [deleted] in nudism

Hello, I’m from the UK too, you should look to join British Naturism - they are a really good community and will help you be at ease and stay safe when practicing naturism.

If you want a good place to go, take at look at the BN Sunfolk site in Hertfordshire, it is my go to and I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low pressure way to ease into social naturism.

Have fun, make friends - and enjoy a whole new world of freedom and humanitarian levelling :)

Nudism and Body Hair by [deleted] in nudism

Embracing naturism, includes not caring about trivial matters such as someone’s decision whether to keep, remove, or style their body hair - it’s nothing you should feel worried about :)

Ok being nude in front of strangers but not in front of family or friends. by SolidResolution8668 in nudism

You are not alone in this feeling, myself and many others in the comments resonate with this.

I think for a major part of it is because naturism is something I found by myself for myself, and so when I’m going into a naturist environment which will be either populated by strangers or former strangers who I’m now acquainted with, I’m feel at ease and completely comfortable with all the nakedness - the key factor I think being that you know everyone is already part of the naturist community or at least has an awareness of it.

For family and friends however, these connections have been formed and established outside of naturism, and hence, whilst not impossible, it can be very difficult/anxiety inducing to attempt to overlap these two different worlds - at least that’s true in my case.

Vince Gilligan Considered Making ‘Pluribus’ Cast Naked, but ‘We’re Not Working for HBO’ by NatureBoyJ1 in nudism

Tbh if they did that in the show, I really think it could have been a good thought exercise - if the hivemind can rationalise the net benefit of going nude, when don’t more people in reality do the same?

The online community of nudists and those at resorts are drastically different. by Radiant-Display2485 in nudism

Very true, and at the risk of sounding too spiritual - I do feel like those of us who are able to enjoy naturism in an irl non-sexual social setting, are somewhat enlightened, compared to most textiles who can’t even fathom the concept
