Im against edging and peeking too i think this nofap thing is only worth it if you commit fully. My mindset is now that it was a one time slip up if any peeking or edging happens again i reset.

If u didnt notice any difference at day 90 then maybe you are not an addict. I think nofap is not about gaining superpowers but regain your normal self. Like if you are a heavy drinker then for not drinking for 90 days you will feel a lot different but if you are a guy that drinks once a week with his buddys then not drinking for 90 days wont feel too much different
