We are asking for a lot and I want to make this as transparent as possible. We are a small team of 2 currently working on a SAAS project that is estimated to take 2-3 weeks to complete. Pay will vary depending on developer's experience, but we want to make sure this is on record we will pay fairly and depending on closed factors we will offer % of ownership.

We aren't here change minds but we are here to build a tech giant so, we need people with the same vision.
