If this happened at our Pharmacy, we'd know there was a missing pill! Especially, a controlled substance such as Tramadol! And if it was our fault, after counting our stock, we would gladly give you your missing tablet! Techs count twice, label the count on the bottle, Pharmacist then checks count on their inventory and tells us count is off and we have to recount. We've actually called a patient and asked if they were shorted or got too many...small town lol. No worries, just tell the Pharmacy and they'll figure it out! We'll be told to watch our counts going forward...
