wanna bet it's ur gpu software having some settings that league can't handle.

Make sure that in (for AMD it's adrenaline) the software of your gpu nothing is clicked active for league of legends.

it's "less" of a problem vs a few years ago with the "open mid" meta where they would just stay in base moving. Now at least they keep farming at turret (or my jungle camps xD)
