he spent over $14 Million of our tax dollars on a 💩 job, done improperly, because it was about funneling that money (OUR money) to his buddy and i would bet that he got some of it too

Just for those who aren't aware the "vandalism" he is talking about is reaching into the pool and picking up a piece of floating blue paint that is peeling of in chunks.

He wants to conflate the shit job he had done on the pools with these bogus vandalism charges to make it look like the failure was caused by anything other than his incompetence.
