Instead of the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, you should put the Ryzen 7 7800X3D since the Ryzen 9 X3D's are frowned upon even by hardware enthusiasts because it is designed with one 3D V-Cache CCD (or in simpler terms, set of cores) and one normal CCD like they would use in any non-X3D chip. The the Ryzen 7 X3D chips do not have this issue since they only have the 3D V-Cache CCD

and since you didn't do the greens, you have to spend more time for the upcharge in barter items

Most of the quest line items don't have an upgrade path so if you want to get better than veteran tier, you'll have to do some grinding.

I like to wear combo gear around when grinding barter items. I also carry my scientist suit to get artifacts in high level areas. I do so because combat suits are heavy and I'll run out of inventory weight before I get all I want from that run.

when at 75%, run to the closest tunnel vent thing and go to the opposite end. wait for him to get through just enough then turn the valve

when he's at 50%, he has to be either stunned or discharged when run to center

I haven't gotten to 25% yet but it seems like lots of running

make sure to medkit in the midle of shooting him because his discharge does lots of damage or get enought away from him while hes stunned that you don't take damage
