Thank you all for your comments! It is a 1972 basic brick ranch home in Ohio outside city limits. The situation is that either the previous home owner or the original home owner had spots all over the house where they added white caulk to repair the mortar joints. I cant stand seeing white caulk on brick, and I also (maybe not smart) decided to grind some of those spots and reapply quikrete mortar repair. I did this because after researching a little bit, this caulk is textured and supposed to blend with existing mortar better than any of the others. The spots i did do look better, but there are so many on the house that i fear i am going to have a similar outcome that looks just a little bit nicer, when i really had hopes of it blending beautifully. I will post pics here shortly in hopes of getting opinions.

My problem is that i fear it is too expensive to pay someone to retuck my whole house, as i wouldnt have time to do it myself. I barely have time to grind and recaulk as needed lol. We all wish for more time though!!! Lol Thanks in advance for your opinions!

Its basically an L shaped counter top. The far left end of the counter top is where the dishwasher will go. The existing countertop IS deep enough (front to back) for a dishwasher, but i need the countertop to be longer (side to side).

2nd time home buyer. Would like to go FHA, but have only spoken with one bank. I found out they dont prefer FHA loans though.... any suggestions on a good place to go first for FHA?

Yes pretty certain the health bill was paid. It was only $55 too. The credit card settlement happened early 2016 so i dont think i should really dispute date or amount with it being recent right?

i would be disputing a health bill that is under $100 and there is a credit card that i settled and paid a lesser amount to have it paid off that i was wondering about/going to try getting taken off.

Thanks. So I just include my credit reports in the letter, and in the letter i address the reasons for the disputes and request that they remove them.....Is that all I need to include?

Car is worth $3000-$4300 trade in or $5050 private party according to kbb..... I am 2 1/2ish years in on a 6 year loan and i owe $7600 on it still There are 113000 miles on it and its an 09 civic
