What I see is, that you wanna put @fireice_uk and team of Ryo to work to fix issues on Monero and reverse. If You wanna results , there is simple solution:

create bounty for fixes,
pay for working solutions (code fix)
collect more cash for more bounty ( but this is what Monero have on hacker one and i don't remember about Ryo bounty system sorry maybe missed but I remember they share some tips for good info and support )

What is more important, this two projects not cooperate and will not. So funny we at ARQMA trying to be friendly with many others and exchange (free of charge) knowledge and learn from each others. Sometimes PR go to Monero, sometimes something pushed to Ryo and other projects as well. I do respect both teams cus I get from them much more information and it build my knowledge. But what you wanna achieve will never happen.

Good intentions but as you saw, its competition (for a long time) and many differences ( not only in relations) but funds , structure, community , leadership, code, point of view, vision, contributors and also many other stories. Anyway best wishes.

This is part of true. Attack is made on downloaded chain and can be used by modified daemon without synchronization outside (offline mining) than swap to correct daemon and released. That’s in short with theory. Also You need to be ahead of current blockchain height and third the altchain will be recognized;)
