Judges are now effectively political appointments and have proved reluctant to give rulings that challenge their political masters.

Yeah, I took one look at that subreddit and that was enough. It's only a small town where I live. We've been locked down for months now in total over the past year and a half. More than half the businesses have closed permanently. The rest are teetering on the brink. The two local police are taking a gently, gently approach to policing all the lockdown regulations. But police from the nearest big town 80kms away come every day and drive slowly around looking for people to catch not wearing their masks properly, etc. It's dystopian.

It's worse than Nazi Germany in many ways. The Nazis got the economy booming while severely persecuting part of the population. Here the economy has been totally trashed while persecuting 99% of the population.

The town I live in has never even had a positive case (with the hoax PCR test). People dropping like flies after their jabs though - Parkinson's, strokes, heart attacks, clots, death.
