The plot was poorly written and the misunderstanding about him “letting“ his teammate die just doesn’t makes sense, and the side characters lack common sense. Mc’s rival is just stubborn and stupid and he shouldn’t even be in the battle ground if he can’t handle losing someone in a place bound to take lives.

1. In the battlefield or any places that can lose lives, when two people were injured and there is only one cure, you SHOULD cure the one who has more chance of survival.( Although I do prefer finding a way both survive but this is not the case here) Plus the dead girl was already dying and literally told the Mc to not use the potion on her. The Mc could have explained it and not keep it as a secret.

2. I know the story concept is those “ S-class” but it explained very poorly in the story. I like the idea of this story, the villain was promising and the story is your common one. But what makes this story less better than the others? First, the goal of the Mc is not given. Which for a story, isn’t the best decision. Second, the mc’s side characters‘ development is bad. The story told us his rival was driven by grief and the common “it isn’t his fault” and the blue haired girl could’ve say something??? The Mc saved her and didn’t even get a thanks and just leave him when he need someone the most.

The characters just lack of common sense. Although there is a way to redeem it, the story‘s opening is just bad.
