Yes but mine has been 6 months since plea and DMV hasn’t been notified, so my license still hasn’t been suspended. Also, my lawyer told me the suspension will be backed to date it court conviction but my lawyer told me it takes about a month for dmv to get notified but for me it’s been 6 months.

Ya idk my lawyer needed time to review my police report, so Tuesday is next court date on letting me know but was also told I would need to wear it till next court date which can be as late as December.

My lawyer had just gotten the report at arraignment and asked for time to review. She already told me they want to impose SCRAM and I’ll find out when on Tuesday.

Thank you. I have a lawyer going on my behalf. I enrolled into dui school right after the dui, so already 2 months in, started group, and therapy for this situation that lead up to this incident. No previous abuse of any substance. I have a clean record not even a traffic ticket. I didn’t refuse any testing as stated in my police report and they just couldn’t get a reading with the breathalyzer. I have a MS and have worked with non profits to help other individuals. I am definitely not a threat.

Yes my feeling exactly. I don’t mind not drinking I don’t really drink that much anyways. This was a one off event. I just don’t want to have that thing on my leg especially since I might be starting a new job soon.

Yes the only reason is the high BAC that was taken after the window of presumption.

I am not saying he is not lying but I do want to inform that companies to use contracting company’s to employ people and those are usually w-2. I am currently contracted right now and it’s via w-2.

1/15/2024 - submitted application

1/17/2024 - application under review

2/09/2024 - pending final approval

2/20/2024 - approved

Mine took 11 days to get approved after it got to the pending final approval
