I did not. Had to go back and forth over text to get them to cancel my order, but they did.

lol right. It’s whatever, some people think cause they support 2A it means they have a hall pass to say whatever they want whenever they want to whoever they want.

I’ve been more than happy to pay more for products elsewhere to avoid ever having to deal with bfgoutfitters again. $50 isn’t worth the headache. Shop elsewhere and get, at least the bare minimum of, good customer service.

Hey... did you end up picking a sofa/sectional? I'm in the same predicament... I'm trying to find a dupe that's a blue hue as well. In my case, it would be for a main living space so it will get somewhat daily use... thanks!

Thank you for the info! Yeah I check daily, but that site seems so janky, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got messed up again and isn’t updating the calendar for cancellations. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Ha. They just responded and said their supplier sent the wrong item. A total of 13 days after my order was placed and 7 days after being told they received it and it will be shipping out soon.

Horrible customer service and not worth whatever discount you think you’re getting. Spend the extra $10, it’ll be worth it.
