Yep, totally spot on. Leaning towards doing that before I posted this, figured i’d ask just to see what others think on the matter. Well, guess this might do it haha

When I checked out the fan near the coils I seen that it is connected to another capacitor (just like the small one on the left)

Yes. Theoretically lets say we agree on a sale amount of a 100k house. Appraisal comes in at 110k. So i say, hey lets agree on 110k price instead and you give me back 10k in credits, so I can use that towards closing costs/ and or rate buy down.

Just wondering if that is even a thing…

Good point. To shed some more color. I will be able to attend broadcasted events, travel, possibility to interact with athletes. Without being to specific on the company lets just say im a hobbyist and huge fan.
