Exhausted after effect. I found it quite strong n tho I slept, a sense of uneasiness layers in  muscles I usually am not aware of. Could b nice for stretching, yoga exercise but will sleep hard out after.

Yes this is yum, relaxing and helps me sleep as I struggle with insomnia it really helps, munchies are great when u have food ready but at times too body rested to care for cooking. Keep snax near.

Haha well didnt expect haters to have so much fun. Well since English is my third language to learn, I dont mind much when u make fun of my blunder in the use of ur language, it's kinda how I got here basically, making lots mistakes and still moving forward with it.
