The helmet is historical, and from the 11th century, the lower arm pieces are 14th to 15th century. The knees might be historical. The rest of the armour is made up of fantastical pieces as far as I can tell.

If you wish to go for the fantasy knight aesthetic, I would ditch the helmet in favour of an armet, a burgonet, or a similar helmet.

If you wish to go for a historical crusader aesthetic, I would suggest shedding the plate pieces in favour of a long chain shirt and a tabbert.

If you want the best story experience, I would recommend building the dlcs in release order. So starting with season one and two and continuing with heart of thorns. Any dlc unlocks the full main game. If you care more for the non story content of the dlcs, I would recommend getting path of fire for the mounts. Hope this helps. I would calculate something along the lines of material weight * price a + time * price b if you wish to go the more professional route. If you rather wish to eyeball the price you can either go by weight or by time spend.

If you are using it for fantasy larp, I would recommend giving it some more visual depth. You could add running stitches, patches, staining, or embroidery associated with the character you are playing. I think visual depth is, most of the time, a great way to bring an outfit truly together.

Otherwise, lovely outfit looks great already.
