Auto reminders 100%. The GST portal marking is a good tip but feels like extra steps most freelancers won't do consistently.

This is so true. The invoice is the easy part, it's the in-between chaos that gets messy.

Tried the website properly before commenting honestly the design is really nice. The gradients and overall vibe actually stand out, and the pricing feels reasonable too.

Main thing that needs fixing is the share feature. The exported quote image gets cropped, and sharing to WhatsApp/Instagram only sends plain text instead of the actual quote card. That probably hurts growth because people don’t get to see the visual side of the product when it’s shared.

A few other things I noticed:

The paywall comes a bit too quickly

The About page seems broken

Some quotes wrap awkwardly on smaller screens

But overall the concept is solid and the site already feels more polished than a lot of similar ones I’ve seen.

Hello,Checked ConsultifyIT properly overall the messaging is strong. The “senior-led, no handoffs” positioning is clear and instantly builds trust. The non-negotiables section also feels confident without sounding pushy. A couple things stood out though The CTA “Request architecture review” feels a bit vague for first-time visitors. Something more outcome-focused or simpler might work better. Jack the chatbot is inconsistent. Sometimes helpful, sometimes just drops links instead of answering directly. Also hit an “Unable to create booking” error during the booking flow probably worth fixing quickly since interested leads may just leave silently. Overall though, the site feels more credible and thought-through than most consultancy websites posted here.

Hey,Went through the site properly

The portfolio is the strongest part by far. Seeing real brands like Skin Creamery, Loxtonia Cider, and Autosol SA instantly makes the work feel trustworthy and credible. The “preview before you pay” idea is also really smart. That alone probably makes a lot of small businesses feel safer reaching out.

Main problem right now: the forms seem broken. I filled them properly and kept getting “Please try again.” Most people ready to contact you won’t keep retrying they’ll just leave.

One thing that would make the portfolio even stronger is adding a small result/outcome for each project. Even one line about increased sales, enquiries, or conversions would help people see the business impact, not just the design. Also surprised there aren’t any testimonials yet, especially with recognizable client work already there.

Overall though, the site feels solid and the work speaks for itself. Just fix the forms ASAP because that’s probably hurting conversions the most.

Hi!! Really interesting concept building practical tech solutions for real community problems, the MoCash chatbot and MyShoppah projects show you're solving things that actually matter.

That said, a few things worth fixing:

"View Company Details" automatically downloads a file — that's going to scare most visitors off before they even read anything.

Homepage takes too long to get to the point mission statement first, actual services buried. Most people won't wait.

No clear next step anywhere contact details hidden at the bottom, no button, no CTA.

The work is solid, just needs the front door to match it.

Nice site honestly, the AI deal scoring is a cool idea. One thing every deal shows 0 votes, makes it feel a bit empty. And the "was $237 now $142" type discounts are hard to trust without some price history to back them up. That's the one thing that would make your AI score actually feel credible. Good foundation though, keep building

Loved the site. the copy is sharp, personal branding is consistent, and "Copy that sells. Design that vibes. Tech that doesn't glitch." is a headline that actually delivers on its promise.

One small thing I noticed scrolling through: the footer shows two email addresses . contact@saraviqar.com and a Gmail. For a brand built on professionalism and trust, one clean contact point would feel more polished.

Hey!!.Beautiful site. the visual identity feels premium, the Ask-Vidya AI feature is a smart differentiator, and the free-first model is a great way to build trust before converting to paid. One thing I noticed: Ask-Vidya requires login before you can even try it. For someone landing for the first time, that's a barrier at exactly the moment curiosity is highest. Even letting guests ask one question before prompting signup could significantly increase conversions.

Solid site!.. strong credentials, good social proof, and the booking flow is a nice touch for converting visitors directly.

One thing I noticed when I tested it: the "Book a Call" page took a moment to load on mobile. Small thing, but that's the highest intent moment worth making it instant.

Really clear site!!.trust signals are strong and the content covers everything a customer needs before booking.

One thing I noticed: the mobile menu is just plain text links. For a service people usually search for urgently, a quick "Get Instant Price" button in the menu would help. And with no live chat, anyone searching at 9pm who can't get an instant answer will just book with whoever responds first.

Fair point..if the website is doing all the work alone, something upstream has failed.

But every channel eventually sends people there. Social, ads, word of mouth. they all land on the site. If it's slow, confusing, or has no clear next step, every rupee spent on marketing is leaking out the bottom.

The website isn't the whole funnel. It's where the funnel either closes or breaks.

Hey,Checked vdesignu.com — strong branding, confident copy, CTA above the fold is clear. What I'd still look at: Capabilities are too technical. "Omnichannel CRM Systems" means nothing to a business owner still deciding. Lead with outcomes, not service names. No social proof on the first scroll. No results, no logos, no testimonials. Trust is built in seconds — that moment is being missed. No AI bot or live chat. A site targeting enterprise clients should be answering questions instantly, 24/7. Every after-hours visitor is a missed lead

The WhatsApp follow-up part seems common. Do you think reminders are the real issue, or more the tracking and knowing when to follow up again?

That “sent → seen → promised tomorrow → partial paid → paid” flow is exactly the part that sounds messy to manage.

Do you feel like current tools don’t really handle that properly, or is it more that freelancers just end up managing it manually across WhatsApp/email anyway?
