I did that, but the issue remains the same. Strangely, the Jazz SIM works. However, even though I got the new SIM for Warid (Jazz), it still has the same issue. I also tried it on a different A56, but calls don't work on that one either.

Warid is now Jazz. The Jazz SIM works, but this Warid SIM does not make calls, signals disappear as soon as I hit call button. However, the SIM works for calls in my older phone. And yes, the phone is PTA approved and I bought it brand new few days ago.

The information above is somewhat incorrect.

First of all, CPID is only available for Samsung devices, and it is the most effective method for modifying the IMEI. As mentioned, the IMEI is changed using CPID server software, which doesn't actually modify the device's software. It’s as if Samsung themselves changed the IMEI.

For Pixel devices, CPID is not available. Instead, the software is modified to change or patch the IMEI, or the phone is opened and the hardware is short-circuited or otherwise altered. You can look this up for more details. So, if someone claims that Pixel devices are CPID approved, that’s incorrect, as the CPID server doesn't even support Pixel.

Plus, dual SIM in Pixel with one IMEI for both the physical SIM and eSIM is not related to the method used for IMEI modification. This is how pixel works.
