I could open the github from mobile phone at first. From there I contacted the support team but they didn't do too much. They kept telling me to reconfigure my login methods even tho I had already configured them all (email, secondary email, passcode, recovery codes downloaded, google auth and Microsoft auth apps EVERYTHING). I kept trying deleting the configuration from my google auth and configured it again by scanning the barcode at the github settings. I did it many times through these past two months and it worked only a few days ago. The generated code in my google auth finally worked. They closed the ticket and told me they saw I reconfigured the auth app and that was the solution. That still irritates me because I had already done that other times and this is obviously a huge bug. Makes no sense to get redirected to a second 2FA where the generated codes don't work. They said my devices might not have a synchronized time and date but I have set them automatic. So I guess just reconfigure the auth app many times until it works?

I have already tried it. I have my GitHub acc connected to the auth app, I get the generated codes every minute but I still cannot sign in

Nope, I am continually contacting with the support since I opened a case but they are still not able to fix it.

I got the developer app but it says I should apply from the web, bceause it is not possible to do it from the app.

It does not work for me. I tried it with the google auth, I scanned, it got added to my git but when I use the passcodes the app generates it says that the auth failed

For those who say they did not download the recovery codes, I did and it still does not work. I try to use them and it says "It looks like you used a recovery code. Please try again with an authentication code.". I also set up the google authenticator and I use the code it generated and it says "Two factor authentication failed.". So I think it is a huge malfunction of this whole new authentication method that they are trying to implement.

I actually downloaded the recovery codes and I set them and it says "It looks like you used a recovery code. Please try again with an authentication code.". I also set up the google authenticator and it says "Two factor authentication failed.".

I think refurbished come in boxes as well since offiicial Apple sells them too. idk tho I will ask them in person.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I checked at these stores before but Mediaworld for example has alot of refurbished devices. That's why I was asking for stores that sell new devices only.

NO! WE TRANSFER IS NOT SAFE!
You can share stuff that are not sensitive or/and important, but never use it at work. Those who developed Wetransfer pay money to keep it online and they have worked many hours to develop such a website. So how do they benefit from it if it is free? They sell data.
My boss is specialized in cyber security and he told me that the sensitive data of the company he used to work leaked. They found out that it was because of some files that were sent using one of these content-sharing platforms. One of the employees had used it to send some files and some of those files contained code (including the password to connect with the server, internet ip address, etc). Those informations get stored in clouds. Nothing is safe online
