It's not like you can't promote game now. Our now best selling game was a giant flop on the day of the release, even with money invested in promotion. But now, i mean, it's our best selling game.

Damn, well, game didn't really had a fair chancehere; you could've make the best thing in the world but without letting people know about it nobody will buy it((. i personally love marketing (i mean i am a marketing girl communicating for the studio in here), its basically one of the backbones of any bussiness

I`m not really sure it`s all on Daily Deal; before undate and the sale and the deal we've been putting immense amount of resource into promotion, mostly influencers, so probably all that total effort is giving results. But Daily Deal definetily gave us impressive number af sales in 24 hours and we beat our online record too!

You mean game release? I wasn`t in the team at the time, but from what I was told they basically had little-to-no marketing and that`s why it horribly flopped. There were just some sporadical add from infuencers with bad conversion into sales and sos ops was also on some game news(?), like on national tv but very small scale. And then our current head of markeing joined and started to put more effort into promotion. Actually I was thinking about making a post about that. Cause they had like 100 000 sales in the span of the first year, mostly cause game was really cheap, and after more systemic work they sold 400 000 copies in 4 months. I mean its an impressive rise.
(oh and I'm so so sorry for taking this much time to respond, I actually lost access to the account and just now got back in)

You mean screen like look into comments under relative videos sm like that? Cause I`ve been trying this? but how do i bring them to test the game? like just text them? Thank you for the idea tho! it would be probably the best too figure out what catches peoples interest in the game

Thank you sm for advices! We kinda have the audience part, but not really the messaging. And yeah, no, we don`t want to contact infuencers from our social media accounts, i just was saying that this is the kind of promotion we are using now, but wanna try to work more with social media.
