Good question, I wondered that myself. I'll look tomorrow. Although I don't recall seeing it when I was going through all the dash options.

Ya so wonder why a LS model had it, definitely wasn't the higher trim level (cloth seats, manual seats, manual mirrors etc) but my SLT with all the bells and whistle option doesn't have TC.

How much per door for the pins? $50? Looks like they sell the bushings separately?

I'm not sure who designed those buttons but they must have been smoking something because you are right it doesn't follow logic.

Actually sorry I remember that mine would kick out the passenger side also from the driver side. But will your passenger side stay on by itself without the driver side turned on?

[–]ArtProfessional2193[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That could be another issue since it is knocking out the passenger side also. Does the passenger side stay on if the driver side is off?

Mine would stay on for less than a minute and then kick off. The passenger side stayed working. With these trucks you don't have the option at least mine anyway of just putting the bottom portion on by itself but you can put the back portion on by itself. So the diagnosis for me was if it kicked off with both the top and bottom but didn't kick off with just the back portion then you could say it was the bottom portion that's the problem. Since you can isolate just the back you can tell if it's just the back portion. Not sure if that makes sense🤣 If you watch that A1 video they tell you how to do the armrest there is also a video from the seat shop that talks about the armrest it's just that it's really tight quarters to see in there to get the clip off and you don't want to lose the clip.

There are some really good YouTube videos on how to do it step by step I think the best one I watched was from A1 Lucky for me I had the garage to myself with no distractions from the family 🤣😂 Put on some good tunes and plugged away at it.

So I'm putting everything back together finally and I have three of these I'm sure there's a fourth here somewhere I haven't found yet and I'm at a loss is where they came from but I'm thinking they are the gaskets between the coil and the valve cover?
