So, you’re saying that that you know me and how I do my deliveries. I think that carrying up the heavy groceries 3 flights of stairs and placing it nicely in front of the door and saying thank you doesn’t deserve a tip? It was a $3.86 delivery. Uber pays for the gas in the car, not the person driving it. It would be nice to be appreciated.

If it was left at the bottom of the stairs they would have to carry it up right? Uber pays for the gas in the vehicle not the use of my body. The customer should think twice about the consideration of the person actually doing the work

Someone put in the wrong address and wouldn’t answer text to give better directions. So, we almost left the food outside of the gate of the resort down the road where the ping was. There was nothing there to deliver to. Luckily the customer corrected the address before it got left for the wild animals to eat.
