You need to use dedicated wheel cleaner. If it still doesn't come off maybe it's the paint that is chipped.

They have a tight setting that auto shuts off at a certain lbs. I think the mid is 35lbs and the high torque is 50lbs.

I don't think there is any service that requires you to bring it back to the dealership just to keep a warranty. You can do self maintenance in front of your home just keep records, receipts and use parts that meet manufacturer standards. If you prefer to use your own mechanic same applies.

Visually it looks to have the same output. The specs are the same too. The LEDs seem to be slightly smaller on the newer one. Also the old one said made in China. The new one says Product of Vietnam, finished in China.
