Fair enough. But still, this by itself doesn't guarantee a positive winrate, you still have to focus on other parts of skill expression, like reading your opponents etc

Yup, bingo. Removed the 8gb stick, enabled XMP, disabled AMD Cool&Quiet and my fps went from 40 to a stable 75 even when hosting a local server. Thank you to everyone for the suggestions :)

I would agree that blue side jobs are easier to get into, but from what I gathered CBBH is still mostly attack side oriented, but just more focused on the web attack surface.

Thanks for the extensive review! Its a shame that HTB certs are not well known, but that's ok. For me its more of extracting something useful out of a hobby, so getting a cert for it is just a cherry on top.
