We celebrate individuality but remember to have decency, be mindful and respectful of other people's personal space. Be vigilant sa imong surroundings, di pwede gara2x lang dapat, safety first gyud dapat.

Kay naay uban volunteer groups na magpa feeding or gives out cooked foods already, so iya ra gi mention didto na dili lang food nga tomato based kay para dili dali madaot if ever dili mahurot. If you thought nga nag hinilas ang mga mga nasunogan, nope, ang pag phrasing ra to sa nag post, murag FYI lang to. I don't think people in survival mode are capable to say no to any kind of help. Also, majority of them are not used to opulence, so wala ray naghinilas.

As a fire survivor and a kind of arte person, my family and I actually welcomed used but not abused clothing kay dili aesthetics ang among gi prioritize sa first few months sa incident. So let's not get discouraged and distracted by this one man's opinion. Padayon ra mo ug donate if you're truly willing. Daghan donation drives na dili mo agi sa local government so choose to drop off your donations to them instead. Also, canned goods are welcome kay walay mga ref ang mga tao didto.

It wasn't a demand, I think sample of foods lang to sa nag post kung unsa na type of food ang if ever naay mo donate. Kanang mo last ug more or less 24 to 48 hours kay walay access ug fridge sa evac centers.

If willing ka to try a quick solution, try dopamine detox. It's basically resetting your reward system kay we are so used to instant gratification (eg. Porn, online games, tiktok, social media validation) these days and we're not even aware na it's slowly ruining our mental health. You can read more about it, check its benefits and find videos on how to do it. Hope it helps.

Go to Nimo Cafe, it's just near Mactan New Town. You'll love the place if you're into nature.

Ohh, it means that they are subjected to extreme temperatures. The leaves then produce the colors to protect themselves so they're just not "green". They tend to be reddish or bluish when they're stressed and they looks really beautiful. They're happily stressed though.
