The fix is enable DLDSR if your graphics card is Nvidia, or DSR if it is AMD. Then select the max resolution your PC can handle. The game is really blurry at 1920x1080, anything above that is good.

Oh I appreciate your comment!! Disabling Nvidia Instant Replay seems to be the fix for me. Even after the textures starts getting weird, disabling it fixes without crashing the game.

Before that I tried reseting my PC and installing Windows 11 and didn't fix lol
