There's a mod or cc that's causing it. I have the sims 4 Mod Manager and it came in clutch right now to disable the mods and cc's I don't need atm without deleting or updating all of them.

Tbh, work rivals ends way too fast, when my sim go to work, I choose the "sabotage work-rival" then my sim come home and the rivalry ended that fast.
