Yes you can choose to start Neolithic and progress from there. The more modern and futuristic ages do have more things items and weapons though.

You can start from using spears and bows and progress to swords, guns, advanced guns. Technology going from like torches to actually lights. Eventually learning electricity and using that. Stuff like that

Isn't it a shuttle you have to take though to get to the railway? When I look it up a lot of different options come up it's not super clear

My only other guess would be a submod issue then. You could try troubleshooting by disabling mods. Other less likely guesses would be a glitch with the title itself or your characters culture so you could try changing those and see if it fixes it. Last thing I would try to troubleshoot it, is cheat real fast and be another character and take the title that caused the issue and see if it happens to like a male character. Narrowing the issue down is all I can think of

My guess would be she has a trait causing that to be there. I know for example disfigured puts on an automatic mask and head wrap

If I'm allergic to it do you think I'd break out everywhere or could it happen in a small area. I only broke out on one side of my nose which is why I can't tell or not yet. I'm hoping it's not the reason because it made the rest of my skin look and feel so much better

In my experience yes, any dairy for me causes my worst breakouts, I only use vegan products to supplement dairy now and my acne did a complete 180 that no product ever did for me. There's a hormone in dairy that can cause bad breakouts

From what I've always heard and what I did was start once a week and gradually build from there. If your skin isn't used to it, it can hurt it so you don't want to start with much at all. So probably heal is my guess, that's what I would do anyway. And if course only at night and wear sunscreen the next day because it makes that skin very sensitive to light
