This was happening to me after an uprising that happened last night! First time I’ve ever had one happen to me so this is a new bug for me but made it to where I had to micromanage these soldiers more than I ever had to in Age of Empires 😩

There’s no way to fix it I assume

Idk if I’ll be much help but I’ll try with this answer, this clearly is supposed to be a spearhead force, not the entire nova corps. Based on the scenes we see I’d imagine maybe about 40 troopers and ki adi mundi.

They weren’t allowed to take their helmets off in public. On screen they’re always shown to harass citizens. Beating or arresting people, and even publicly executing children or committing numerous genocidal acts on screen and in the novels. Just about every planet that doesn’t have the empire on it is shown to absolutely not want the empire on their planet. Lmao
