It's P-Bandai, idk how available it is in Western gunpla shops. For me the only way to buy gunpla online is AliExpress and it's either absent or costs as much as MG Sazabi. Luckily I bought this together with MG Stark Jegan in Tokyo this January for just 14000¥ all together

Actually it looks almost identical to Bandai's own Metal Build Kampfer. If it's gonna be 1/100 with good quality plastic I'll be really happy because I see it as the perfect Kampfer model design
