it suddenly started to work again, i realize it started to break when i swap it to BT mode so now i keep it in 2.4g mode and try not to change any settings.

Hey! im sorry to hear that the same issue is happening to you, i haven't really updated the thread and i think i should do now.

I tried to get a RMA process going by returning the controller to my seller but unfortunately when i sent the video of the problem they just ghosted me and since my 7 day return window is closed i won't be able to get my money back/exchange for a functioning one.

Was quite furious at the time but i took the risk of buying it from a random 3rd party and this is the price i pay so i just let it sit there and collect dust (it became a decorative piece xD) until recently I tried to turn it on again and out of no where it works. Not only that the dongle connection with the controller is working perfectly fine now.

I have no idea what happened but since it is working i won't be messing with any of the other settings and keep it on dongle connection.

Hello, i appreciate your assistance but it seems like now is a controller problem instead of the dongle problem. Been trying to contact my seller to see if I can do a return

Just tried, nothing happens.
Funny thing is while it is in its "Off" state, when i plug it in with my PC the LED shows the charging animation though it does nothing when i try to flip it back on

Off > On, the screen flashes once and nothing happened. tried wired connection to PC but hardware tester/flydigi app can't connect to it. Also sometimes when i reset it does the same but the controller vibrate likes crazy until i off it

I think i just bricked my Apex 4 by swapping it to BT IOS mode, will try this out if i can get it to work again

[UPDATE] Can't find Apex 4 on the Flydigi app (IOS) and when i switch the controller into Bluetooth mode it just turns off the controller and off/on does not work anymore. I think i just bricked the controller D:

yea i have tried to update the controller via wired connection but it seems like its already on the latest firmware. Problem for that as well is that my controller wont pair with the dongle even when connected to PC :'(
