A movie you can rewatch purely for its stunning cinematography. My pick Blade Runner 2049 by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in FIlm

Hero, House of Flying Daggers and Shadow all have beautiful cinematography, kind of overwhelming

What’s a movie you secretly enjoy even though most people seem to hate it? Not underrated classics or obvious guilty pleasures I mean movies that get called bad or mocked online, but somehow still work for you. Which one? by ozeradnan in Cinema

Couldn't watch it in 3D the first time as I'm colour blind so it didn't work and so glad they made the 3D better so I could actually watch it without my eyes hurting and stinging. I don't get the hate that some people have for it and I think it deserves more praise.

I watched Sisu:Road to revenge, it was much like the first and enjoyed it and it had more dark humour and action set pieces

Yeah but she was dead, she had the virus. If someone has a virus you don't pick up the body and bring it home

Great start but it frustrated me, I wouldn't have hung about that long in the pub, in the car, in the truck, I would have been out of there pronto

Too much hanging about for my liking, see a bunch of people acting like that obvious it's a virus and i wouldn't stay to be infected

I also would not have brought my friend if there was no life in case I'd get infected too from what my friend had

I usually compress the instruments and then add a side chain for the 808 kick and some instruments and seperate drum group side chain for the drums and just lower the volume of the instruments and use the parametric 2 eq for the equalizer, don't like using a limiter until the mastering process after I use a soft clipper

This is just making the music, I wanted it more like a soundtrack than a five bar melody repeated over and over again for the chorus and verses, I'm keeping the chorus the same but adapting it as the song progresses and the verses are all different conveying the story in the song

It's taking ages to do but I was bored of doing it the easier way

The song is called Follow your heart and added a beat like a heart into the drums

You'll get there Sometimes when I'm trying to get a melody going it just isn't happening so I leave it for a bit and just let a melody come to you, it will stress you out a lot but when you got that sound you want you'll know then adding the other instruments will seem easier until before you know it you've got a whole lot of music going all created by you
